Entry‑level Product Owner responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing backlogs, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams using Agile and Scrum practices, with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear, actionable user stories for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA to deliver incremental value in two‑week sprints.
- Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback and market data to inform feature decisions.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product ownership or product management within a technology environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks; certification (CSM/PSPO) is a plus.
- Proficiency with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and basic data querying (SQL).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
