About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for hospital and provider revenue‑cycle solutions, translating business needs into prioritized features.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, analytics) to deliver high‑value releases on schedule.
- Engage stakeholders—clinical staff, finance leaders, and external partners—to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure adoption.
- Apply agile practices, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to optimize team velocity.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product ownership or management experience in healthcare IT, preferably in revenue‑cycle or billing domains.
- Strong understanding of hospital/provider reimbursement processes and related regulations.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software products using agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate across distributed teams.
