Product Manager
Lead the development of advanced HMI solutions for defense and security systems, driving product strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and agile delivery while ensuring user‑centric design and regulatory compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product backlog for HMI features, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, and security teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the HMI experience.
- Ensure compliance with defense‑grade security standards and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in HMI or related domains.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product management best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Experience in user‑centered design, usability testing, and UX/UI principles.
- Knowledge of defense or security industry standards is a plus.
