Product Manager
Lead the development of a cutting‑edge generative AI platform, driving product vision, prioritisation and stakeholder alignment while ensuring agile delivery and data‑driven decision making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for a generative AI solution, translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (engineering, data science, UX) to deliver high‑quality features on an Agile Scrum cadence.
- Engage stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, manage expectations and communicate progress.
- Analyse market trends, user feedback and performance metrics to continuously refine product strategy and maximise value.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and ethical AI guidelines throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a technology‑driven environment, preferably with AI or ML products.
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, tools and use cases.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and product backlog management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
