As a Product Owner, you will lead an agile team in developing and implementing a Generative AI solution for Royal London's Brand & Marketing department. You will lead an agile team across B&M, GDO, GTC and third-party suppliers responsible for developing and implementing a generative AI solution in a phased approach, ensuring product strategy and deployment of Gen AI is in line with Royal London’s AI ethics and governance principles
You will work closely with B&M SMEs, Risk, Cyber Security, Data, Architecture, Transformation and other relevant areas of the business to successfully deliver the project on time and within budget.
Ensure the Gen AI product development aligns with Royal London’s MarTech strategy and other transformation initiatives across the group.
Use understanding of and industry knowledge to drive the business design, input to the technical design and be central to the shaping of the go forward operating model required for the effective launch and embedding of Generative AI.
About you
Domain knowledge - in-depth knowledge of marketing operations with a focus on the end-to-end content creation and compliance process within Royal London or other Financial Services businesses.
Technical Literacy and understanding of AI and Generative AI - possess a basic knowledge of Generative AI concepts to effectively communicate with technical teams and a willingness to learn as the technology matures.
Data Management -understanding data requirements and implications for Generative AI solutions.
User-Centric and Strategic Design - ensuring the Generative AI solution meets user and business needs.
Change management - an ability to apply a strategic consultancy mindset to drive change
Commercial acumen - ability to translate business objectives (OKRs) into product requirements and prioritise them based on business value
