Product Manager
Lead the product vision for finance and accounting solutions, driving agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and backlog refinement to deliver high‑value features that meet regulatory and business needs.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product backlog for finance and accounting modules, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (engineering, QA, UX, compliance) to translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, product team, and external partners, facilitating communication and managing expectations.
- Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and continuously improve processes to maximize team velocity and product quality.
- Monitor product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to enhance usability and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in finance or accounting software.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
