About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prioritize features and user stories based on stakeholder input, market trends, and data‑driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, UX/UI, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality increments each sprint.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Review, Retrospective) and ensure the team adheres to Scrum best practices.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into clear acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum, and hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data analytics to inform product decisions.
