- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear tickets and acceptance criteria for efficient delivery.
- Translate customer problems and operational needs into actionable requirements and prioritized work packages.
- Conduct pragmatic discovery to clarify workflows, constraints, data realities, and edge cases.
- Coordinate effectively across engineering, customer-facing teams, and stakeholders to ensure reliable feature shipping.
- Validate outcomes and drive measurable customer success through product improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex user needs into clear technical requirements.
- Experience in an industrial software environment is a plus.
