Product Manager
Lead the design and evolution of AI‑powered regulatory submission products, bridging business, regulatory, and engineering teams to deliver data‑centric solutions that meet compliance standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Data Centric Submissions (DCS) and AI‑enhanced regulatory platforms, prioritising features that drive compliance and user value.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, regulatory affairs teams, and technical delivery squads, translating requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine‑learning models that automate data extraction, validation, and submission workflows.
- Define and track success metrics, using analytics to iterate on product features and improve submission accuracy and turnaround time.
- Champion an agile delivery cadence, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in the life‑science or regulatory technology space, with a deep understanding of DCS and AI applications.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory submission standards (e.g., EMA, FDA) and data‑centric compliance processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to translate complex regulatory needs into technical requirements.
- Hands‑on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure impact.
