Lead the strategy and execution of Adobe Commerce (Magento) initiatives, driving product roadmap, stakeholder alignment, and data‑driven decisions to enhance the oncology community’s e‑commerce experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for Adobe Commerce initiatives, translating business needs into prioritized backlogs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, analytics) to deliver high‑impact e‑commerce features.
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and success metrics to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance data to inform continuous improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership or management experience in e‑commerce, preferably with Adobe Commerce (Magento).
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, backlog grooming, and sprint execution.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
