Lead the design and delivery of AI‑enabled risk and regulatory solutions, driving innovation while ensuring robust governance and commercial impact across trading, risk, and operational workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for AI initiatives in risk, regulatory reporting, and surveillance across Global Markets.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable AI features.
- Define and enforce AI governance frameworks, ensuring ethical, transparent, and compliant model development.
- Prioritize and manage backlogs, sprint planning, and release cycles for AI-enabled products.
- Measure product impact through KPIs, user feedback, and regulatory audit outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership or management in a financial services or risk technology environment.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, AI governance, and regulatory reporting frameworks.
- Experience with Python, AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3), and data pipeline orchestration.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, analytical thinking, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, complex regulatory landscape.
