About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI research teams to identify gaps in product reasoning and propose enhancements.
- Translate real‑world product management scenarios into training data and evaluation criteria.
- Prioritize feature improvements and iterate on model outputs using agile sprints.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and usability tests to validate model performance.
- Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for continuous model refinement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a tech or AI environment.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, road‑mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and data‑driven decision making.
- Availability for 8–20 hours per week, based in the EU or UK.
