About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for AI‑powered healthcare data solutions, translating business needs into actionable backlog items.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX designers to define and refine AI features, ensuring alignment with regulatory and privacy standards.
- Prioritize and groom the backlog, balancing short‑term deliverables with long‑term strategic goals, and manage sprint planning and reviews.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, product teams, and external partners, gathering requirements and communicating progress.
- Analyze usage metrics and health plan feedback to iterate on product features, driving continuous improvement and value delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership or management experience in AI or data‑centric products.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, including data integration, privacy, and compliance.
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
