Product Manager
Lead the end‑to‑end strategy for conversational AI, driving prompt and persona development across teams while managing product analysts and collaborating with engineering to launch voice AI agents.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the company‑wide prompt and persona strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to define, develop, and iterate conversational AI features and voice agents.
- Lead a team of Product Analysts to gather insights, analyze performance metrics, and refine prompts for optimal user experience.
- Coordinate across cross‑functional teams in a Federated Hub‑and‑Spoke model, facilitating communication and prioritization.
- Drive the parallel development and deployment of voice AI agents, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product ownership or management within AI or conversational technology domains.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, natural language processing, and voice AI platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing product analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
