Product Manager
Lead the development of a customer‑facing Agentic AI platform, driving product strategy, LLM integration, and API partnerships to deliver a seamless experience for millions of users.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for the AI Agents & Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver LLM‑powered agents and internal API integrations.
- Partner with OpenAI and other vendors to integrate services directly into the ChatGPT App and pioneer new model capabilities.
- Analyze user feedback, usage metrics, and market trends to iterate on features and prioritize enhancements.
- Act as the primary liaison between the product team and executive leadership, reporting progress and strategic insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in AI or SaaS products.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models, agent architectures, and API ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for building customer‑centric AI experiences and driving growth.
