Product Manager
Lead the development of a customer‑facing Agentic AI product, driving feature prioritization, LLM integration, and API orchestration to deliver a seamless experience across platforms, including direct integration with the ChatGPT App.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the Agentic AI platform, translating customer needs into prioritized features and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver LLM‑powered agents and internal API integrations.
- Partner with OpenAI and other external stakeholders to embed Jerry.ai services into the ChatGPT App and explore new model capabilities.
- Analyze usage metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to iterate on product strategy and drive growth.
- Act as the primary liaison between cross‑functional teams and executive leadership, reporting progress and aligning on business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a fast‑moving tech environment.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic AI concepts, and API‑driven product architectures.
- Hands‑on experience with OpenAI APIs or comparable large‑scale AI platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Passion for building customer‑centric AI products and a track record of delivering measurable impact.
