About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product backlog for a data‑driven health‑plan platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into clear product requirements.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.
- Champion data quality and governance initiatives to support reliable, actionable insights for health‑plan decision makers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product ownership or product management experience in a data‑centric or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum practices and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
- Experience working with healthcare data or in a regulated industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) and familiarity with data governance principles.
