About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Yei Finance’s flagship protocols, including Clovis, YeiSwap, and the lending‑boosted DEX.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to design and launch new features such as over‑collateralized loans, flash loans, and yield‑compounding mechanisms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and user feedback to prioritize enhancements that increase TVL, protocol revenue, and cross‑chain volume.
- Own product metrics, set KPIs, and use data to iterate on product performance and user engagement.
- Act as the primary liaison between the community, developers, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in the blockchain or DeFi space.
- Deep understanding of smart contract development, yield optimization strategies, and cross‑chain interoperability.
- Proven track record of launching successful DeFi protocols or features that drive significant TVL and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
