About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for VLA and TPPL lines, aligning with corporate goals and market demands.
- Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, support) to deliver high‑quality products on schedule.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and shape product roadmaps.
- Translate customer feedback and data insights into actionable product requirements and enhancements.
- Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, post‑launch performance, and end‑of‑life planning.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop go‑to‑market plans, positioning, and messaging.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in industrial or energy solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products from ideation to market.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools.
