About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for advanced maritime systems, aligning technical feasibility with market needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to translate user insights into functional specifications.
- Lead cross‑functional sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles using Agile practices.
- Engage with commercial, defence, and regulatory stakeholders to gather requirements and secure buy‑in.
- Analyze performance metrics, iterate on features, and drive continuous improvement of product quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology‑driven environment, preferably in maritime or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, design thinking, and user‑centric product development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting with a focus on innovation and safety.
