Product Manager for Site Intelligence & Enterprise AI, responsible for envisioning and implementing construction intelligence solutions, leveraging technologies like Python, Machine Learning, and AWS to drive decision-making at scale.

This means:
Turning spatial and document data into structured, queryable systems
Using AI to replace manual interpretation, coordination, and workflows
Moving from tools to decision infrastructure
The Role
This is a builder + visionary role. You will:
Imagine what construction intelligence should look like 3, 5, and 10 years from now
Translate that vision into practical, testable steps today
Build and ship systems that move customers toward that future
What You’ll Own
1. Enterprise Intelligence
Design how data scales into decisions: project → portfolio → enterprise
Build cross-project data models
Define decision systems, not just dashboards
Enable executives to operate on real-time, aggregated insight
2. Site Intelligence
Define how data and tools become structured, connected, and actionable insights
Geospatial (orthophotos, terrain, coordinates)
CAD surfaces and plans
Construction documentation
3. AI & Automation
Radical acceleration and ROI-positive wins
Prototype AI solutions using LLMs and vision models
Automate document understanding and site analysis
Ship only what delivers real efficiency or insight gains
Balance speed of experimentation with reliability in production
4. Execution (Prototype to Scale)
You learn and deliver by building.
Turn problems into working prototypes quickly
Validate before committing engineering resources
Translate successful experiments into scalable systems
