Today, customer expectations evolve faster than ever. People want seamless, intuitive, personalized experiences across every touchpoint. The future belongs to AI-powered, user‑friendly platforms that simplify interactions, not just for businesses, but for the people they serve. Infobip’s Portal sits at the heart of this transformation.

Advocate for the end user across the organization and ensure their needs are represented in every decision.
Collaborate closely with design and engineering to create simple, elegant interfaces and user flows.
Build features that empower users to onboard on their own, solve problems quickly, and get value with minimal effort.
Leverage behavioral data and UX research to refine and optimize the key user journeys, including the service journey.
Translate customer insights into product requirements and experience improvements.
