About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior product leaders, designers, engineers, and data scientists to uncover customer pain points and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Prioritize and manage product backlogs using Agile practices, ensuring timely delivery of high‑impact features.
- Define and track success metrics for AI‑enabled, sustainability‑focused solutions in the industrial IoT and construction domains.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to prototype, test, and launch software products that address real‑world construction challenges.
- Gather and synthesize market, user, and technical feedback to iterate on product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management or related experience, preferably in technology or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, industrial IoT ecosystems, and sustainability considerations.
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments and manage product backlogs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
