Product Manager
Remote Product Manager leading the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a SaaS Service Relationship Management platform, collaborating with OEMs, dealers, fleets and service providers to drive engagement and operational excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the SaaS SRM platform.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business impact.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams in an Agile environment to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.
- Collaborate with OEMs, dealers, fleet operators, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Analyze usage data and key performance metrics to inform product decisions and improve user adoption.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software, preferably in the automotive or service domain.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Strong understanding of Agile development processes and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior leadership.
- Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools to measure product performance.
