What is The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Revenue Technology (RevTech) Engineering team, working closely alongside a Principal PM to turn strategy into shipped product. This team builds Field internal tooling, GenAI-powered workflows, and Support experiences that Elasticians and our customers rely on every day — and when you get a feature right here, you feel it across the entire Field organization!
This role is a strong fit for Associate PMs, Business Systems Analysts, and Program or Project Managers who are ready to grow into full product ownership. We value diverse professional backgrounds and care more about how you think than where you've been.
What You Will Be Doing
Balance product discovery, execution and planning while staying close to the Principal PM, Revenue Operations, and Field business partners. In a typical week, you might be writing requirements with engineers in the morning, reviewing adoption data in the afternoon, and syncing with leaders on what's coming next.
