Description
The PM will own product definition, engineering partnership, launch execution, and post-launch iteration across two interconnected domains: (1) AI-Enabled Solutioning — transforming manual defect elimination into an AI-driven platform to increase Defect Elimination Throughput by 4X, and (2) Selling Partner Return Defect Elimination — building scalable tools that systematically eliminate Selling Partner-attributed defects at scale, expanding coverage from 3,500 to 3M sellers. The PM will partner daily with ML/AI Science, BI Engineering, UX, and RBS Tech teams to deliver products with probabilistic AI outputs and persona-specific experiences from PoC through full production rollout.
Key job responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Definition Define vision (PRFAQ/BRD), 2-3 year roadmap, and success metrics across both AI-Enabled Solutioning (FMEA Simulation, Pilot Simulation, Business Case Modeling) and Selling Partner Defect Elimination (defect attribution, resolution routing, seller consultation productization). Lead stakeholder alignment across RBS Tech, ML Science, Returns Finance, and 13+ system owner teams. Own product governance, stage-gate criteria, and escalation paths.
