Product Manager
Lead the strategy and execution to boost learner retention and engagement across a large online education platform, leveraging data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and agile product development.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for retention and engagement features, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify churn drivers, segment audiences, and prioritize high-impact experiments.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver data‑backed product enhancements.
- Define and track key metrics (NPS, DAU/MAU, course completion rates) to measure success and inform roadmap decisions.
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and refine user journeys.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or online education, with a proven track record of improving retention.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools, and experimentation platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, able to translate data insights into actionable product plans.
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and cross‑functional team leadership.
- Passion for education technology and a user‑centric mindset.
