Product Manager
Lead the vision and execution of internal tooling and AI solutions for a health experience organization, driving cross‑functional collaboration, design excellence, and agile delivery to empower teams and enhance productivity.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy for internal tooling and AI initiatives, aligning with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that improve workflow, productivity, and decision‑making.
- Prioritize features, manage backlogs, and drive agile ceremonies to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
- Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, translating technical capabilities into business value and vice versa.
- Measure product success through metrics, user feedback, and continuous improvement cycles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in health or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they can be applied to internal tools.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional products using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with design thinking, user research, and data‑driven decision making.
