About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for procurement transformation programs, aligning with global sourcing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including supply chain, finance, IT, and external suppliers—to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless implementation.
- Apply Agile practices to manage sprints, track progress, and deliver incremental value while maintaining compliance with corporate policies.
- Utilize data analytics to identify cost‑saving opportunities, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the procurement lifecycle.
- Facilitate change management, training, and communication initiatives to ensure stakeholder adoption and sustained operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within procurement, supply chain, or technology‑driven transformation projects.
- Proven expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization or analytics tools to drive decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
