Product Manager (Platform Operation) - AI Data Service And Operations
As a Product Manager (Platform Operations), you will support the AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team in building and maintaining platform tools. Your primary focus will be on improving operational efficiency, enhancing user experience, and achieving product operation metrics through platform optimization and service improvements. This role involves managing project independently, understanding business needs, and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.
As a Product Manager (Platform Operations), you will support the ADSO team with the construction of platform tool maintenance. You will improve operational efficiency and user experience within the ADSO team while achieving product operation metrics improvement by platform building/improvement, platform service optimization and other effective methods.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance. This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
