About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for PK‑5 literacy content, aligning with research‑based instructional goals.
- Collaborate with curriculum experts, designers, and engineers to create and iterate high‑quality digital learning experiences.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback, classroom data, and market insights to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Lead Agile sprints, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of releases that meet educational standards.
- Measure product impact through analytics and assessment results, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in K‑12 education or ed‑tech.
- Strong background in curriculum design or instructional content development for early grades.
- Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into product decisions.
- Experience conducting user research with teachers, students, and administrators.
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile environments and lead cross‑functional teams.
