About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for research‑operations tooling that enables scalable AI and robotics development.
- Collaborate with strategic project leads, research associates, engineers, and production operations leaders to translate technical requirements into actionable system designs.
- Design, prototype, and iterate on workflow automation, data pipelines, and monitoring dashboards that improve execution efficiency.
- Prioritize feature development based on impact, feasibility, and stakeholder feedback, ensuring alignment with broader research and production goals.
- Measure product performance using quantitative metrics, conduct root‑cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, robotics, or research‑focused environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and robotics systems, with the ability to communicate technical details to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional products from concept to production.
- Excellent analytical skills; comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative, problem‑solving mindset.
