Product Manager
Lead the strategy and execution of personalized experiences across the e‑commerce platform, using data‑driven insights, A/B testing, and machine‑learning models to boost conversion and customer satisfaction.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for personalization features, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and design teams to develop, test, and launch machine‑learning driven recommendation and targeting algorithms.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments to measure impact on key metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and user engagement.
- Translate complex data insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor performance of personalization initiatives post‑launch, iterating quickly based on analytics and user feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in e‑commerce or digital retail.
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis.
- Proven track record of delivering personalization or recommendation systems, including A/B testing and metric‑driven optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of bridging technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with machine‑learning concepts and UX best practices for personalized experiences.
