About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, roadmap, and launch of ML‑powered products, translating user needs and business goals into clear specifications.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, designers, and researchers to prioritize features, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Own the product lifecycle—from hypothesis and prototyping through experimentation, scaling, and post‑launch analysis.
- Use data and metrics to evaluate product performance, inform iterative improvements, and communicate impact to stakeholders.
- Champion a fast‑moving, experimental culture while maintaining rigorous quality and ethical standards for ML models.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on Machine Learning or AI‑driven products.
- Strong technical background in ML concepts, data pipelines, and model evaluation; ability to converse fluently with engineers and data scientists.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, user‑facing products in an agile environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a bias toward rapid iteration and data‑informed decision making.
- Experience working cross‑functionally across engineering, design, research, and analytics teams.
