ML Engineer
Lead the end‑to‑end development of AI products, driving strategy, design, and deployment of machine learning models while ensuring bias mitigation and seamless cross‑functional collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for AI/ML solutions, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX teams to design, prototype, and launch bias‑mitigated machine learning models.
- Oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from concept through production, monitoring performance and iterating based on user feedback.
- Champion cross‑functional alignment, facilitating communication between engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Implement governance frameworks to detect, measure, and reduce algorithmic bias across all AI products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in AI/ML or related technology domains.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model deployment, and bias mitigation techniques.
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering complex products on schedule.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agent orchestration or similar AI workflow platforms is a plus.
