We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with people management experience to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of cybersecurity SaaS products. The ideal candidate has a strong cybersecurity background, experience managing product teams, and a data-driven approach to building and scaling products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Analyze product usage, adoption metrics, and customer feedback to drive product decisions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful delivery and releases.
- Drive AI-powered product initiatives, including automation and agent-based capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of GRC, Email Gateway solutions aligned with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Lead product launches, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements.
- Mentor and manage product team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in a cybersecurity SaaS company (mandatory).
