About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the AI Platform, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate AI/ML concepts into scalable, production‑ready features.
- Prioritize backlog items, write clear user stories, and ensure timely delivery across multi‑regional cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Gather and synthesize feedback from enterprise customers, sales, and support to continuously improve platform usability and performance.
- Monitor key product metrics, conduct A/B tests, and use data‑driven insights to iterate on functionality and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and experience shipping cloud‑native products at scale.
- Proven ability to work with cross‑functional technical teams, translating complex AI concepts into marketable solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data‑driven decision‑making approach; comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and A/B testing.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and external customers.
