About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for ads targeting and measurement, translating business goals into actionable features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance analytics solutions.
- Conduct market and user research, gather stakeholder feedback, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
- Define and track key performance metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate on product features to optimize ad revenue and user experience.
- Communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership and external partners, ensuring alignment across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in digital advertising or media technology.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for leveraging data to drive product innovation and business outcomes.
