Product Manager
Lead product strategy for Velocity, our end‑to‑end lending stack, driving feature development, user experience, and cross‑functional collaboration using Agile practices and deep knowledge of CRM and loan management systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for Velocity, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high‑quality features for the CRM, Loan Origination System, and Loan Management System.
- Gather and synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback to shape product enhancements and new capabilities.
- Own product backlog, sprint planning, and release cadence using Agile methodologies.
- Measure product success through KPIs, analytics, and user adoption metrics, iterating based on insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or lending platforms.
- Hands‑on knowledge of CRM, loan origination, and loan management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product tools (Jira, Confluence).
