About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for fraud prevention and compliance features, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and legal teams to design and launch scalable fraud detection algorithms and compliance workflows.
- Analyze user behavior, incident data, and market trends to identify risks, prioritize enhancements, and measure impact.
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate solutions, and drive adoption.
- Champion an agile product development culture, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross‑functional communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, SaaS, or compliance‑heavy environments.
- Deep understanding of fraud detection techniques, regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, AML), and risk management best practices.
- Proven track record of delivering data‑driven products that scale globally.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
