About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Bonsai AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate requirements into scalable, high‑quality features.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform product decisions and prioritize backlog items.
- Drive cross‑functional sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.
- Measure product success through metrics, user feedback, and A/B testing, iterating quickly to improve adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI or developer tooling.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in production systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, data‑driven products from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and modern product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma).
