Lead the development of global anti‑fraud solutions in a fast‑moving FinTech environment, driving product strategy, cross‑functional collaboration, and data‑driven decision making to protect users and revenue.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for anti‑fraud initiatives across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and security teams to design, prototype, and launch fraud detection features that reduce false positives and improve user experience.
- Analyze fraud metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to prioritize enhancements and iterate on product capabilities.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, translating technical insights into actionable business outcomes.
- Drive product launches, including go‑to‑market strategy, training, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in FinTech or related high‑regulation sector.
- Proven track record of delivering data‑driven anti‑fraud or security products at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, data visualization, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product analytics tools.
