Product Manager
Lead the end‑to‑end development of digital experiences, defining product strategy, gathering user insights, and collaborating with design, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver high‑impact, data‑driven solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for customer‑facing experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data scientists to translate insights into feature specifications and prototypes.
- Prioritize backlog, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Monitor product performance post‑launch, iterate based on feedback, and communicate results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital experience or consumer‑focused platforms.
- Strong background in user research methods, UX design principles, and data‑driven decision making.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to align cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
