About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager for Vodori 's Product team who can turn complex customer and business problems into clear, scalable, development-ready product solutions.

At Vodori , AI is already embedded throughout our software development lifecycle to improve efficiency, quality, and the value we deliver. As a member of our Product team, you'll help drive the next wave of process innovation by identifying, evaluating, and implementing practical uses of AI that improve product discovery, requirements management, software delivery, and team effectiveness.

This role balances strategic problem solving with hands-on execution and continuous improvement. One day you may be helping scope a new initiative or working through complex customer problems; the next you may be refining user stories, validating functionality, supporting a release, or testing a new AI-enabled workflow. Success requires someone who enjoys both the big picture and the detailed work required to bring quality software to market—and who is energized by continually finding smarter ways for the team to work.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and business goals, ensuring proposed solutions align with stakeholder expectations and long-term product direction.
• Develop deep expertise in Vodori 's products and capabilities, serving as a trusted resource for Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and other internal teams.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and internal teams to uncover business needs, identify root causes, and define clear, actionable requirements.
• Draft solution concepts, wireframes, process flows, or workflow diagrams and validate them with stakeholders.
