Lead the development and launch of localized payment solutions across EMEA, driving product strategy, cross‑functional execution, and compliance while collaborating with engineering, design, and market teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for EMEA local payment methods, aligning with market demand and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with engineering, design, and operations to deliver end‑to‑end payment experiences that meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Analyze transaction data, market trends, and customer feedback to prioritize features and measure product impact.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new payment schemes and maintain ongoing compliance.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and external partners across the region.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or related financial services.
- Proven track record launching payment products in multiple EMEA markets, with strong understanding of local regulations and banking ecosystems.
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to translate data insights into actionable product decisions.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile development processes and cross‑functional team leadership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, fluent in English; additional EMEA language is a plus.
