About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the Lucia Protocol attribution engine, translating business goals into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to build scalable, AI‑powered attribution models (KNN, Random Forest, Hidden Markov).
- Define and track key metrics, ensuring product performance aligns with user needs and business KPIs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform feature prioritization and differentiation.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to maintain a healthy delivery cadence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or data‑intensive environments.
- Strong background in software development and familiarity with modern tech stacks (Python, Node.js, AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning algorithms and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Passion for emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and decentralized ecosystems.
