As a Product Manager, Database at weaviate, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of our database products. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth, defining product requirements, and working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch new database products
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop product roadmaps
- Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on database products
- Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and cloud computing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
