Product Manager
Lead the design and execution of customer‑centric personalization initiatives, driving data‑driven product decisions and enhancing the end‑to‑end CX across B2B and DTC channels.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for CX personalization, translating customer insights into actionable features.
Collaborate with data science, engineering, and marketing teams to build and iterate on recommendation engines and dynamic content.
Define success metrics, conduct A/B tests, and analyze results to continuously improve user engagement and conversion.
Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, ensuring alignment between business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
Champion an agile product development culture, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross‑functional communication.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience in a fast‑paced, data‑rich environment.
Proven track record delivering personalization or CX‑focused products at scale.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and experimentation platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product tools (Jira, Confluence).
