About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for consumer banking deposits, prioritizing features that enhance customer onboarding and account opening experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver AI‑enabled workflows, including prompt‑building best practices and automation of key processes.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights through interviews, surveys, and usage analytics to inform product decisions.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate on features to improve adoption, conversion, and retention.
- Lead cross‑functional sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or consumer banking, with a proven track record of launching customer‑centric products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and how to embed them into user flows.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and measure impact.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and effective communication across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Passion for delivering seamless, secure, and scalable banking experiences.
