Requirements

- Proven track record of launching successful customer‑experience products.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product analytics.
